Davolt Community Advocacy is a 501c3, Equal Opportunity Employer, which utilizes the process by which people come together to identify common problems or goals, mobilize resources, and, in other ways, develop and implement strategies for reaching the objectives they want to accomplish.
Davolt Community Advocacy (DCA) is committed to operating with genuine care, and intentionality, and building mutual relationships to meet people where they are. DCA is about encountering people in the places they love, trust, and frequent, rather than expecting them to come to an institution or organization. In so doing, DCA is actively participating in and recognizing reducing disparities through an “all hands on deck” effort, understanding that no one organization can do it on its own.
DCA meets people where they are to assist in their continued growth, allowing them to build better lives for themselves, their families, and the community as a whole.
DCA is a member of The Association for Healthcare Environment (AHE), The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association (ISSA), and The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Davolt Community Advocacy has also participated in the CIMS program and is recognized as a CIMS-GB Advanced by GBAC Certification, issued by ISSA.
